open day@Willow Hey project 25th of May

We have been working on the Willow Hey since the winter of 2014, and now the site is ready to open, and ready to serve the local community as a Hub where they are able to access both the skills and resources needed to ensure that their families are able to grow and process their own freshly grown produce where they live. We can bang on all day about why families in the local area are denied access to a variety of different resources that enable well being, but we long since decided that putting direct solutions in place was a much greater and more powerful option than waiting for the Political will for this to happen. So please come down our open day and lets share thoughts, ideas and actions about how we can create local food projects and local food Markets, food is a human right, lets take it back!
